Ask 3: by Thursday AM next week you will have a v1 of the current Sched customer journey, each step and milestone will be mapped out as a complete flow. From marketing first touch (or attendee experience) through to expansion/renewal.
  • Decide on optimal format i.e. Miro/Lucid or similar (what’s already in place)
  • Do we have different journeys in place i.e. based on higher value?
  • How are we incorporating Onboarding in this flow, if at all?
  • Attendee vs Event Organiser?
